The fastest way to reach us is the Feedback button that appears at the bottom of any puzzle once you have played it. The form lets you tag your message as puzzle-related, a bug report, or general feedback, and it will route directly to the team.

5Qs is a small operation. We read every message but cannot always reply individually. Bug reports and puzzle issues are prioritized and usually addressed within a few days.
Puzzle ideas are very welcome. If you have a scenario, a constrained voice, or a hidden answer you think would make a fun puzzle, send it through the in-game feedback form tagged as Puzzle and the team will consider it for the pipeline.
